What we call “failure” is when our own expectations aren’t met. When our idea of what we want to happen doesn’t occur we call it a failure. However, if we look hard enough and if we ask different questions we can find growth and success in any situation. Inside every “failure” is something gained—a skill, a lesson, knowledge, experience, etc. Everything we experience equips us for something more and something bigger that is coming our way.
The only real failure is quitting. New opportunities will always appear as long as we keep growing, keep moving forward, and keep progressing—and we will then be uniquely qualified to take advantage of them and execute in much more profound way.
