Shannon Jamail is an imperfect, wanna-be hippy/ yogi, therapist turned performance coach and author of the best selling book Surrender. She joined me on the podcast to talk about how she helps others elevate their lives. We also talked about the power of accountability and how to use it as a tool to create positive change towards the outcomes we desire to achieve.

Shannon draws from her own personal life experiences and the privilege of working with thousands of others who have embarked on similar journeys. She believes she has the tools to effectively help women through her different platforms: workshops, coaching, programs, retreats and intentional products.

She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, a Master’s Degree in Behavioral Science, and Nutrition Certification from Cornell University in addition to yoga & meditation certifications for what she believes to be a complete mind and body approach to thriving.

Shannon is also a former Executive at a Fortune 500 company and a successful entrepreneur multiple times over.
