Char is a health coach and certified personal trainer with a background in occupational therapy.
She approaches her training from a perspective that takes therapy aspects into account , especially preservation of joints and injury prevention.
In her role as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant , she also facilitates group therapy sessions on the psychiatric unit. This portion of her background allows her to be more beneficial as a health coach, not to diagnose and treat but to be able to recognize difficulties that may require additional specialties that may be beyond her scope.
